Can I know the status of my order?Once the package leaves our office, you will receive an email where you will see the "view tracking" option, once you click on it a map will appear and below you will see that it says "tracking number", click on the link that comes out right below and you will be able to see the tracking on the transport company's website. The courier will also contact you via sms or email, and will give you the delivery date and his contact telephone number so that you can make any type of request or agree a delivery time with them. If you do not receive any contact after the order has been prepared, please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number.
