EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order,
you have 14 days from the moment you receive the product to fall in love, if in the end it is not the case and the product is in perfect condition you can make an exchange or a return.
Depending on your country we will proceed one way or another.
The procedures for each country will be

To make an exchange or return, please contact us so we can explain how to do it. Send us an email to ecommercehayami@gmail.com and tell us:

the reason for the return
what product do you want to change or return
which solution do you choose
full name, e-mail address with which the order was placed or order number

Returns and exchanges will always be collected at the same address as the first shipment

You can make an exchange for the same product, for another of a higher amount by paying the difference, 
or for a lower amount by receiving the corresponding refund once the product is received.

The refund will be for the amount of the product, never the shipping costs.

When you wish to exchange or return an order with a promotion or discount, please remember that in the event of a return, the refund will be proportional to the discount/promotion code used.

THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EXCHANGE/RETURN IN THE EVENT OF:

Have already made a first exchange or return of that order and want to make a new one.

Make an exchange or return after the 14 day period. in this case we will first check that the product is in perfect condition to authorize the shipment of the new product or process the return. with a maximum period of 30 days.

If you wish to process an exchange or a return when the shipping has been free you will have to pay the cost of the shipping which you have not paid at the time.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS ARRIVED BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE

You have 2 days to inform us of the problem. We will give you a solution. The options will be as follows:

Exchange it for another identical product

If it is out of stock, we will exchange it for another product of the same amount

We will refund you in full.
